Morning hike or swim, a sailing leg to the next stop, an afternoon exploring a coastal village, evening at a local taverna. If something’s not for you, skip it. Nobody’s keeping score.

You’ll cook together, swim off the back, wander through small towns, argue about where to anchor next. Simple living on the water.

The plan adapts to wind, weather, and what the group feels like. Sicily’s got enough coastline that you won’t run out of places to discover.

Your captain
Roman’s built things his whole life and always ends up back on the water. Coffee on deck at sunrise, then the whole day opens up. He’s calm when the wind picks up and obsessed with finding the one anchorage everyone else missed. Give him an afternoon and you’ll be steering the catamaran yourself.
I’d never been on a sailing trip before and didn’t know what to expect. By day two, I didn’t want to leave. The group clicked instantly and Roman made everyone feel welcome from the first hour.

We’ve done package holidays for years and this was the opposite of that. No schedule, no rush, just the sea and wherever the wind took us. Already looking at the next one.

I went solo and was nervous about it. Turned out half the boat were solo travellers. Best decision I made all year.

Not at all. Most people who join have never been on a sailing trip. Roman teaches you everything from day one, by day three you’ll be steering the catamaran yourself.
Absolutely. About half the people on any trip come solo. You’ll be sharing a cabin with another guest, and by the second day the whole boat feels like a group of old friends.
Sicily in July averages 30°C and clear skies. If conditions change, Roman adjusts the route, that’s the beauty of having a licensed captain. The catamaran handles rougher weather comfortably, and there’s always a sheltered bay nearby.
